A Wet Weekend

The weekend started pleasant but quickly gave way to the Canadian chill moving across the country.  A couple of inches of soaking rain too.  So many garden things I wanted to do but on hold until next week. Just a couple of new blooms this week; Nippon Daisy and False Sunflowers. Both of these are good cut flowers too.

One of the first trees to show fall color here is dogwood.
