Spring Parade

It's the spring garden parade. I know what to expect but each week is still a surprise mixed with a sense of awe when the buds open.  This week the primrose are in full bloom. This yellow is my favorite. I grow it in a pot since it didn't do well in the garden. So fragile and short lived.

Beauty Bush is in bloom but not nearly as full of blooms as in past years.

The first Peace Rose opened this week.

Sweet Bay Magnolia blooms are also short lived--but a touch of heaven while they are here.

 

Kousha Dogwood is in bloom this week.  

This weeks church flowers are the first roses--forgot my camera this week so no arrangements.
