I divided some Russian Sage a year ago and this division loves its new home. The parent never looked this good.
I'm always fascinated by the 'light' in a tall verbena floret.
Even though this winter was colder than normal here, Indian Summer Rudbeckia survived and is nicely clumped.
The first zinnia of the year.
A couple of roses next. The first is Fair Bianca which is a hardy little rose. It has not succumbed to RRD which has taken six of its companions in this bed and it barely gets 5-6 hours of sun.
This is Julia Child. I'm always expecting the blooms to be bigger. It is a very good rose though.
Here are two arrangements from last weekend.
