Easter Flowers

I cut a couple of buckets of flowers for the Easter floral arrangements in our church on Saturday.  For the past couple of years I have cut flowers that are blooming for a group of volunteers that make up floral arrangements every weekend.  There are several parishioners that bring in flowers from their gardens so it's a group effort.  They use all the flowers that are brought in and make up anywhere from just a couple of bouquets to 10 or more.  Below are the first cuttings of the year.

I tried to take pictures of the arrangements but I only have one picture that was clear.  I'll have a lot of practice over the coming months so will develop the skills to capture indoor pictures dependably.

  1. Nice!

I wonder where the "Easter" lilies come from? Surely not Virginia.
