Christmas 2012

This is wonderful exciting time of the year for young and old as the Advent waiting weeks come to a close.  So this week I thought I'd share some behind the scene pictures as our church prepared for the Christmas celebration. It was hectic getting everything in place after the 11 AM Mass today though we had a lot of it staged ahead of time. Here they are making floral arrangements, bows, and getting organized.

The Advent wreath is now a celebration wreath with the purple candles replaced with white candles and flowers.

 Lots of poinsettias and some of the finished arrangements.

The nativity scene is timeless in it's message.
